Exchange Policy:
If you discover a defective product within your shipment, please e-mail us as soon as you have received your package and an exchange will be arranged for a new working product. Exchanges for defective product can only be made within 30 days of purchase, so please inspect your package when it arrives to ensure that your items are ok.

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only on unopened and unused or defective products. Please e-mail us to arrange for a product return if you are unhappy with your purchase. You will be refunded the amount of your purchase including taxes if applicable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping.
